1. Rich chicken broth
This winter's new hot pot, chicken white soup hot pot!
The hot pot contains chicken thighs, wings, meatballs, assorted vegetables (cabbage, onion, white onion, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts), tofu, and dumplings.
The soup is a rich, flavorful broth made by simmering chicken bones for around six hours, with a hint of ginger for a body-warming taste.
We offer rice porridge and Chinese noodles as final dishes, but the Chinese noodles with garlic and Korean seaweed are by far the most recommended.
2. Delicious motsunabe
The same taste since our founding.The fat that melts from the juicy fresh innards blends perfectly with the crunchy vegetables! The soup stock is a secret Japanese-style hot pot broth.
The hotpot contains carefully selected beef offal, cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, chives, and garlic.
3. The famous stamina hotpot
This miso-based stamina hotpot is a hotpot that you can enjoy for its deep richness and full flavor.Simmering allows the flavor of the miso to seep into the ingredients, sure to warm you from the inside out.
It's a perfect hotpot dish to enjoy with family and friends, especially during the cold seasons.Furthermore, miso has health benefits and is packed with the nutrients that only a fermented food can provide.
4. Spicy chige hotpot
Jjigae is a traditional Korean hotpot dish that is characterized by its spicy flavor and rich umami taste.
The basic soup is made with gochujang, doubanjiang, and special stock, and its slightly spicy flavor is sure to whet your appetite.
We offer 10 different ingredients, including tofu, vegetables, and meat!
You can also add rice to finish it off and enjoy it like risotto.
